We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Residential Interiors team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring timely payment collection. This role demands excellent communication, a customer-first approach, and a genuine passion for interior design and home improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with potential clients through inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads. Understand their requirements and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payments as per project milestones and company policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining project profitability.
• Offer professional design and product guidance to clients, explaining material options, finishes, and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and payment status.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and commitment to results.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
