Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, providing product demonstrations, offering solutions-based selling, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to strategize and execute promotional activities. The role requires a proactive approach to customer needs and an ability to close deals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions from the company’s product portfolio
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks
  • Experience in the modular kitchen or interior solutions industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow and travel as required
