Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive – E-commerce & Online Sales to manage and grow online sales through Amazon Seller Central and the company website. The role also involves handling customer enquiries, managing product listings, and supporting e-commerce performance marketing to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and orders on Amazon
- Handle website orders and update product pages
- Respond to customer queries and assist with product selection
- Support advertising campaigns on Amazon Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Coordinate with the production team for customized orders
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities to improve online sales
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or online marketplace sales
- Knowledge of Amazon listings and online sales management
- Basic understanding of Shopify / WooCommerce
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Interest in art, décor, gifting, or lifestyle products.
