Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote products or services to customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support with a professional approach.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of sales/business development experience
- Knowledge of screws and other fasteners is highly desirable.
