Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will engage with retail and wholesale customers, present product ranges, and provide recommendations that align with customer needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up on inquiries, conducting store visits, and maintaining ongoing relationships to drive repeat business. The role involves preparing sales reports, monitoring stock movement, and collaborating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and product displays. The Sales Executive will also support order processing, handle customer concerns professionally, and contribute feedback on market trends and product performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation, preferably in FMCG, toys, or consumer products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
- Basic proficiency with sales reporting tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or customer tracking systems.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with on-site work, local travel within Rajkot and surrounding areas, and regular customer-facing interactions.
- Prior experience in retail or distribution sales is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work ethically, meet targets, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
