Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Pune City. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires proactive engagement with customers and representation of COZY SPACES in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and present suitable solutions
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
- Experience in real estate or a similar industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and technology tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
