Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to support our sales function. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also initiating connections with potential clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in client coordination
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Act as a point of contact for clients to address queries, documentation needs, and other requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, or networking
- Schedule and facilitate introductions between potential clients and the founders
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Support in preparing basic sales materials and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Prior experience working in the battery / EV domain is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales support or client servicing
- Exposure to B2B sales is a plus
