Immediate Opening | Business Development Consultant
Location: Noida – Sector 68 (Grovy Optiva Tower)

Experience: 6 - 2 years (B2B Sales / Business Development)
Working Days: 6 days a week (1st and 2nd Saturdays off)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Consultant with experience in B2B sales. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable compliance and sustainability solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with clients to understand their business and compliance needs
• Recommend appropriate services such as EPR, ISO, BIS, and other regulatory solutions
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and manage the complete sales cycle
• Prepare proposals and effectively present service offerings
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business

Eligibility Criteria:
• B.Tech / M.Tech (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or related fields)
• M.Sc (Environmental Science / Studies)
• BBA / MBA (Marketing or related specialization)
