We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of field sales experience to drive business growth for our Queue Management Systems (QMS) and Nurse Call Systems (NCS). The role involves customer engagement, solution selling, site visits, Product demonstrations, and coordination with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, banks, retail, government offices, and commercial establishments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for QMS and Nurse Call Systems within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
Technical & Pre-Sales Support
• Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable system configurations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams for customized solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
• 1–2 years of field-level sales experience in electronic systems or solution selling.
• Experience in Queue Management Systems, Nurse Call Systems or similar OEM products is preferred.
