Job Role Summary
The role focuses on driving co-working space sales through broker/channel management, lead generation, and client conversion. It involves building strong relationships with real estate brokers, managing the complete sales pipeline, coordinating site visits, and closing deals while ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The position also requires market intelligence gathering and cross-functional coordination with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard real estate brokers and channel partners to generate qualified leads.
- Drive lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into confirmed clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote co-working spaces through broker networks.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular tracking of opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits, presentations, and walkthroughs for potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials, proposals, and broker communication campaigns.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while ensuring mutual benefit for clients and company.
- Manage broker relationships through regular engagement, meetings, and awareness programs.
- Prepare and share MIS reports, MOMs, and sales updates for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation including LOIs, BOQs, proposals, and security deposit clarity.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor updates, and client feedback for strategic inputs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure and client onboarding.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to resolve queries and move deals forward efficiently.

Experience & Qualification

- Proven experience in broker-driven sales models and high-value deal closures
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate or flexible workspace industry preferred
