Job Title: Sales & Service Associate
Location: Kaadubeesanahalli, Krishna Tech Park, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational off)
Shift Timing: Rotational Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Service Associates to join our process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, providing sales support, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and services
- Provide sales support and promote relevant products and services
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or BPO
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
