Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dehradun for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting customized fitness program offerings, and converting leads into customers. Daily tasks include building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their fitness needs, and providing effective solutions tailored to their goals. The role also involves maintaining sales records, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively communicate and close deals
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management capabilities
- Ability to conduct client needs analysis and provide tailored fitness solutions
- Organizational skills for maintaining sales records and meeting targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and fitness
- Familiarity with the fitness industry and related programs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
