Role Description
This is a full-time role for sales executive at CloudBird Digital, located in Noida. You will be involved in day-to-day activities related to sales support and customer inquiries. This is an on-site position based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and introduce our products/services.
- Gather information and provide initial product information to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the pre-sales team with additional tasks as needed.
Key Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
