Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide tailored product recommendations. Tasks include promoting products, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining knowledge of products, tracking sales leads, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences and support the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship building, and lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of home décor materials like marbles, tiles, and modular kitchens is a plus
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable products and solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet targets
- Problem-solving skills and an enthusiastic, goal-oriented attitude
- Relevant experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
