Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key job functions include understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate product solutions, negotiating contracts, and handling sales transactions. The candidate will also participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in sales-driven roles and achieving revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal skills for developing client relationships and working effectively in a team
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and the ability to analyze sales data
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Prior experience in retail, automotive, or export/import industries is advantageous
- Flexibility to work on-site and handle traveling requirements for sales exhibitions or events
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
