🚨Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Gurugram Sector 61 (Gurgaon), Haryana
Department: Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Gurugram Sector 61. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, conducting site visits, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and site walk-ins
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed property information
- Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and closure
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Stay updated with Gurgaon real estate market trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
