Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru North. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential customers, and selling real estate solutions. Key tasks include conducting property site visits, negotiating deals, addressing client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also involves generating leads and staying updated on market trends to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and business development
- Strong skills in Communication, Networking, and Negotiation
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes
- Ability to understand and meet customer requirements effectively
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer satisfaction
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory
