Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at Chemi Tech Constructions Private Limited located in Jaipur, Noida, and Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle within the solar and infrastructure sector.
The role includes client meetings, market research, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams, conducting follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate will also contribute to business growth by identifying market opportunities and promoting the company’s solar products and EPC solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Basic knowledge of Solar Panels, Structures, Inverters, and EPC Projects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle client meetings and sales follow-ups independently
- Knowledge of Market Research, Sales Coordination, and CRM processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Experience in Solar Industry, Infrastructure, or Technical Products will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory
