Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will drive the sales process by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored eyewear solutions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, presenting product offerings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about Checkoro.com's products and promotions. The role also involves managing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the buying journey.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Client relationship management and excellent customer service abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers
- Product knowledge in the eyewear industry or willingness to quickly learn about Checkoro.com's offerings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-facing role is a plus
- Qualification - Minimum 12th pass
