Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kharghar for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, preparing sales strategies, client prospecting, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals while maintaining excellent professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Expertise in sales strategy, lead prospecting, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and conduct research to identify new opportunities
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Passion for learning and adapting for skill and knowledge enhancement
