Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time remote position. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. The Sales Executive will analyze market trends, develop strategies to grow revenue, and maintain a high level of professionalism while representing CareerConnect Placements.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency in market research and client prospecting
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
