Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Sonipat,Haryana, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing an active sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets for CNC cutting tools and related solutions. Day-to-day tasks include visiting customer sites, conducting product demonstrations, understanding client machining requirements, and recommending appropriate tooling solutions. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and ensuring timely order closure and follow-up. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with technical and product teams to address customer challenges, collect market intelligence, and support long-term customer relationships through regular reviews and post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B industrial sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Strong ability to understand machining processes, CNC operations, and tooling applications, with a technical or engineering mindset.
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with technical and purchasing stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, visit scheduling, and accurate reporting in CRM or sales tools.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including analyzing sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in cutting tools or industrial products is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently in the field, travel regularly within the assigned region, and collaborate with internal technical and operations teams.
- Familiarity with the automotive, aerospace, die and mold, defense, or general engineering sectors is an advantage.
