We're Hiring: Sales Specialist | Caratly
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
At Caratly, we're building a modern fine jewellery brand for the next generation. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, understands customer psychology, and loves closing sales.

What You'll Do
- Convert leads into customers through in-store consultations, phone calls, WhatsApp, and video calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right jewellery.
- Follow up with enquiries and nurture potential customers until closure.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to post-purchase.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless buying experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Is highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined.
- Can communicate fluently in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Is confident in closing sales in person, over phone calls, and via WhatsApp/chat.
- Has excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Is proactive, positive, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
