Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with insurance agents and partners, implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves actively engaging with agents to promote CapitalCure Insurance products, conducting presentations or meetings to showcase value propositions, and offering proactive policy and claims support to ensure high satisfaction levels. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve partner concerns is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong selling abilities with experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Marketing and Business Development techniques, with a focus on achieving revenue objectives
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to nurture long-term professional relationships
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically in health and motor insurance, is a strong advantage
- Ability to identify, build, and capitalize on opportunities for portfolio diversification and growth
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
