Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dwarka. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for cloud, DevOps, automation, and managed IT services. The role involves conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client requirements, and recommending suitable technology solutions in collaboration with technical teams. The Sales Executive will prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage the entire sales cycle through deal closure. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking sales performance against targets, and providing regular reports and feedback to management. The role requires ongoing relationship management with existing clients to drive renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads through online research and outreach.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Coordinate with prospective clients through email, calls, and meetings.
Maintain and update CRM/database with client information and sales activities.
Support the sales team in follow-ups and deal closures.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
Help in preparing reports, sales data, and performance tracking documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, cloud solutions, or technology consulting.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical offerings in clear business terms.
- Ability to understand client business needs and collaborate with technical teams to shape appropriate solution offerings.
- Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to track opportunities, forecast sales, and report performance.
- Strong relationship-building and account management abilities, with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps concepts, and managed IT services is highly preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
