Role Description
Bubz is seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai Delhi & Banaglore. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales growth through lead generation, account management, and maintaining relationships with key customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping potential business opportunities, identifying new retail partners, executing field-level sales strategies, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, providing market feedback, and collaborating with the broader team to ensure brand visibility and alignment with the company’s sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation
- Business acumen with skills for strategic market research and knowledge of retail distribution channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members
- Result-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools to track sales activities and metrics
- Adaptable and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
- Prior experience in FMCG or beverage sales is preferred but not required
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
