Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, generating revenue growth, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include actively reaching out to prospects, presenting BringBasket's services, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales and account activities. The role will also require collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development with a strong ability to build client relationships
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong understanding of Customer Service and the ability to resolve client needs effectively
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy Implementation and Target Achievement
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
- Experience in the retail, delivery, or e-commerce sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with market trends and ability to analyze sales data is preferred
