Job Title : Sales Executive – Inside Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Executive – Inside Sales who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, following up with customers, and closing sales from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, EPCs, and channel partners.
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and sales proposals.
- Follow up regularly with customers for order closure.
- Maintain and update lead data, follow-up status, and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery timelines.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through disciplined follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Good convincing ability and follow-up discipline.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to understand technical products (training will be provided).
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in power, solar, electrical, or industrial products is an added advantage.
