Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the Brahmos Suzuki dealership in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and present suitable Suzuki motorcycle options, features, and pricing. Daily activities include explaining finance and insurance options, preparing quotations, managing test rides, and handling documentation for bookings and deliveries. The role also involves following up with leads, maintaining customer records, coordinating with the showroom and service teams, and participating in local marketing or promotional activities to increase footfall. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and provide a professional and courteous customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on converting inquiries into successful bookings.
- Customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Basic understanding of automobiles or two-wheelers, including interest in motorcycle features and specifications.
- Comfort with using computers or tablets for data entry, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Ability to work in a showroom environment, manage multiple customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in retail sales, automotive sales, or dealership operations is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and local languages used in Mumbai, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
