Role Description
BlueStone is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team on-site at our South Delhi location. The Sales Executive will engage with customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in selecting jewellery that meets their needs. This role involves achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store aesthetics, and executing store-level promotional activities. The Sales Executive will also contribute to building long-term relationships with clients and promoting brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer profiles.
- Sales skills, including the ability to achieve targets, upsell, and handle objections professionally.
- Proficiency in understanding jewellery trends and product knowledge, including gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage store operations efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software systems.
- Prior experience in jewellery sales or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in business or retail management is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic customer demands.
