Role Description
BlueStone is seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, assisting customers with product selection, managing inventory and store displays, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves executing promotional initiatives and maintaining a superior shopping environment in alignment with BlueStone’s brand values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Customer Engagement, and Negotiation
- Ability to understand product features and tailor recommendations to customer preferences
- Inventory Management and Store Display organization skills
- Strong teamwork, communication abilities, and customer service orientation
- Prior experience in retail, particularly in jewelry, is a plus
- Familiarity with sales software or point-of-sale systems
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is advantageous
