Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through customer engagement, offering tailored product recommendations, and building strong customer relationships. This role includes maintaining a thorough knowledge of BlueStone's extensive jewelry collections, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, and meeting individual and team sales targets. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining visual merchandising standards and providing insights for improving store operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and understand their needs.
- Sales experience in retail, ideally in the jewelry or luxury goods sector, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques to maintain store presentation standards.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing sales systems and customer databases.
- Understanding of jewelry products, including materials such as gold, platinum, diamonds, and gemstones, is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work on-site and flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
