Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive & Senior Sales Executive based in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through excellent customer service and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, demonstrating products, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and assisting in promotional activities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Experience in sales, understanding customer preferences, and delivering high-quality interactions to convert leads into purchases.
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of jewelry, including gold, platinum, diamonds, and gemstones, with the ability to educate customers on products and options.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
- Organizational and Operational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, ensure attractive store presentation, and assist in executing promotional campaigns effectively.
- Goal-Oriented Approach: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a commitment to driving results.
- Adaptability and Teamwork: Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members to ensure overall success.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in retail or sales, particularly in the jewelry industry, is a plus.
- Educational Background: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
