RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and executing offline and online marketing campaigns.
- Create cool content for socials, emails, promos, and blogs.
- Dig into trends, competitors, and what the audience is really into.
- Push event promotions through campus tie-ups, collabs, and local promotions.
- Try out and execute BTL (Below The Line) ideas that actually grab attention.
- Work closely with content, social, and design teams to keep everything aligned.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Explore offline opportunities like ads in newspapers, posters, and stalls.
- Help build client pitches, sponsorship decks, and event brochures.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & REQUIRED SKILLS
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or Business Management.
- 6 months of experience in Marketing field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of basic marketing principles and consumer behavior.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and research abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel, PowerPoint or any content creation tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be proactive, enthusiastic, and a team player.
