Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly sales targets for the toy Games category.
- Identify new retail stores, toy shops, Games stores, and distributors for product placement.
- Conduct field visits to meet retailers/distributors and generate orders.
2. Market Expansions
- Develop and expand the market for new toy categories across assigned territories.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and new product launches and report insights.
3. Retail Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and distributors.
- Ensure proper product placement, display, and stock availability at outlets.
- Resolve retailer queries and follow up on payments.
4. Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensure correct product display as per company guidelines.
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain visual merchandising standards.
5. Field Work
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for store visits and market development.
- Conduct product demos, sampling, and promotional activities.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily sales reports, beat plans, and order sheets.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse for timely delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing team for promotions and POSM execution.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Toys / FMCG / Stationery / Kids products preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and convince retailers.
- Knowledge of local retail market and distributor network.
- Basic Excel and reporting skills.
- Comfortable with daily field work and travel.
