Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, presenting solutions to prospective clients, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in marketing or industrial sectors
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Analytical skills for market research, identifying trends, and tailoring sales approaches
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adept at working both independently and in team settings
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and personal branding strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
