Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and conduct Market Research
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and an aptitude for building long-term partnerships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven professional
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is an advantage
