Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Jagdalpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include promoting financial products, understanding customer needs, processing loan applications, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role requires effective communication with clients and local market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial products, including two-wheeler loans, vehicle refinance, personal loans, and loan against property
- Ability to gather and analyze local market data and interpret customer needs
- Effective verbal and written communication in the local language(s) and English
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications, including MS Office
- Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior sales experience, especially in financial services or NBFCs, is an advantage
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently to meet objectives
- Willingness to travel locally and an understanding of the regional market dynamics
