Salary: 30,000/month - 40,000/month
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for BedR’s marketplace. This role involves conducting market research, understanding customer needs, promoting available services, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, client acquisition, and retention skills
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in market research and using sales-related software or CRM tools
- Understanding of the real estate or housing market, especially in the context of PG and hostel accommodations
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or the real estate industry is a plus
