Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, identifying their needs, and promoting relevant financial products and services. Key duties include lead generation, conducting product presentations, negotiating terms, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal sales teams and staying updated on the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of financial products and services, with knowledge in lending, insurance, or wealth management as an advantage
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and perform in a results-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients and activities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Prior sales or financial services experience is preferred but not mandatory
