Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Cuttack. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across products such as lending, insurance, and wealth management. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and maintaining detailed records of all sales activities while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in working with targets and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with financial products and services such as lending, insurance, and wealth advisory is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of market trends and customer behavior in the financial industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and essential computer applications, including MS Office.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in financial services, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
