Role Description
• Engaging with customers, often through field visits, to sell products like
personal loan.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and
networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and
retention.
• Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analysing data to
identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and market
intelligence.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
