Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Sales Executive will also follow up on leads, manage negotiations, and close deals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and presentations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the IT or software industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
