Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering sales presentations, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with business goals. The role requires proactive communication, performance monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience with Negotiation, Proposal Preparation, and Contract Management
- Ability to craft and deliver Sales Presentations and conduct Market Research
- Proficiency in Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Stakeholder Management
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role is preferred
