Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients, explain financial products and services, and drive new customer acquisitions. The role will also involve maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic sales plans. The Sales Executive will work closely with the branch team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and the banking industry, particularly in retail and MSME banking.
- Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking for identifying and capturing business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or sales is a plus.
- Fluency in local language(s) and English will be advantageous.
