Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include actively managing the sales process, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to develop effective sales plans.
- Proficiency in market research and the ability to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Experience in corporate gifting, merchandising, or white goods preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
