About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and presentable sales executive who can handle inbound leads, qualify customers, conduct client meetings/site visits, and convert enquiries into sales.
This is not a pure telecalling role.
This role requires:
- client understanding
- relationship building
- product presentation
- on-site consultation mindset
You will be interacting with:
- Home owners
- Villa customers
- Interior designers
- Architects
- Premium décor buyers
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Qualification
- Call inbound leads generated through:
- Instagram
- Website
- WhatsApp
- Walk-ins
- Referrals
- Understand customer requirements, space type, style preference, and budget
- Qualify and segregate leads based on seriousness and requirement
Client Meetings & Site Visits
- Personally visit qualified customers when required
- Carry catalogues/sample references during meetings
- Understand the customer’s home/interior space
- Take reference photos/videos of spaces for design suggestions
- Suggest suitable products and collections
Sales Conversion
- Present products confidently and professionally
- Coordinate quotations and follow-ups
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
CRM & Coordination
- Update lead tracker daily
- Coordinate internally for pricing, stock, logistics, and custom requirements
- Escalate negotiation approvals when required
Ideal Candidate ProfilePreferred Backgrounds
Experience in any of the following industries is highly preferred:
- Premium furniture
- Lighting
- Modular interiors
- Tiles / marble
- Home décor
- Luxury retail
- Kitchen/interior solutions
- Landscaping products
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills
- Good presentation ability
- Confidence in client interaction
- Basic aesthetic/design understanding
- Ability to build relationships
- Good follow-up discipline
- Comfortable with field visits
