Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with astrologers, improving creator performance, driving platform revenue growth, and increasing sales of astrology services and spiritual products. The role includes managing astrologer relationships, identifying revenue growth opportunities, improving customer engagement, and helping scale the AstroLive store.
Key responsibilities include onboarding and managing astrologers, increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), driving sales of horoscope reports, remedies, puja services, and spiritual products, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to execute growth campaigns and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales (B2C)
- Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
