Role Description The Sales Executive will work on-site in Bengaluru South in a full-time capacity, engaging prospective learners and corporate clients to promote Aspire Tech Academy’s training programs. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations to understand learners’ career goals, and recommending suitable courses and certification paths. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, delivering product presentations or demos, and following up consistently to close enrollments. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, track sales metrics, and coordinate with marketing and academic teams to support campaigns and ensure a smooth admission process. This role also includes participating in events, webinars, or campus activities to build brand awareness and drive new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and deal closing within an education, edtech, or training environment.
- Ability to communicate complex program details clearly, with excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic data tracking, and reporting to manage pipelines and measure performance.
- Comfort engaging with diverse learners and corporate stakeholders, with a customer-centric and goal-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple prospects, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Interest or basic understanding of technology domains such as UI & UX, Data Science, AI/ML, Digital Marketing, or Cyber Security is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed for events, webinars, or peak enrollment periods.
