Role Overview
The Sales Executive will drive B2B client acquisition and relationship management across the Ayurveda, herbal cosmetics, and nutraceutical sectors. This role demands mandatory industry background, MIS discipline, long-term commitment, and the ability to sell high-ticket value manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Prospect and acquire clients for third-party manufacturing services. Sell high-ticket B2B solutions with professional negotiation and closing skills. Build and manage a strong sales funnel ensuring consistent conversions.
Client Relationship Management
Engage brand owners, founders, and CXOs with structured presentations and solution pitches. Liaise with internal teams (R&D;, QA/QC, Production, Packaging, Dispatch) to align with client needs. Foster long-term client partnerships through proactive communication.
Target Achievement
Consistently achieve defined sales revenue and account acquisition targets. Stay incentive-driven with base + performance-linked pay. Track and report pipeline status and achievement vs. targets.
MIS & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead, client, and conversion data in CRM/MIS dashboards. Submit structured weekly/monthly reports for leadership review. Uphold transparency and accuracy in reporting.
Technology & AI Exposure
Use basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma, AI-supported CRMs) for preparing proposals, market insights, and presentations. Adopt technology to shorten sales cycles and improve communication.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven industry background in B2B contract manufacturing (Pharma / Ayurveda / Cosmetics / Nutraceuticals).
Target-oriented, MIS-disciplined, and incentive-ready.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Long-term commitment to grow with ASLI AYURVEDA.
Preferred Qualifications (Value-Add)
Educational Background: B.Pharma / B.A.M.S. with MBA (Marketing/International Business).
Reasonable domain knowledge of Ayurveda, herbal cosmetics, and nutraceuticals (able to understand products, formulations, and compliance basics to communicate effectively with clients).
Prior experience in exports or dealing with international B2B clients.
